We would like to welcome, Katie Sieverding and Jasper Diegel, Lancaster Management Group, LLC (LMG) located in Pierre, SD, to the South Dakota Licensed Beverage Dealers and Gaming Association who will take the reins to perform the "Executive Director" duties for the association starting April 1, 2021.
Below is a brief background of their company and experience. We look forward to working with them in the coming months ahead.
Lancaster Management Group, LLC (LMG) is a business partnership between Katie Sieverding and Jasper Diegel specializing in association management, consulting and event planning. Not only do Katie and Jasper provide diverse backgrounds and experience, we both are passionate and professional with strong work ethics. Both Katie and Jasper reside in the Pierre area.
Prior to the start of LMG, Katie was the Government Relations Coordinator for the South Dakota Retailers Association (SDRA). Her duties included lobbying efforts, testifying as well as research on state and federal laws. In addition to the lobbying and other government relations duties, Katie served SDRA in various roles. She was involved with coordinating fundraiser and membership events, regular membership communications and website design and maintenance. In her free time, Katie enjoys fishing and hunting, playing golf, softball and really anything to do with the outdoors.
Jasper has nine years of experience at the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where she gained exposure in many areas such as membership sales, large scale event planning, lobbying, program management, budgeting and accounting. In her role at the Chamber, she managed two nonprofit foundations, wrote grants, coordinated with the business and education communities on program sponsorship and participation and has had many public speaking engagements on the program she managed. Jasper enjoys spending time with her girls and husband, boating, reading, judging and teaching dance.
